Cancellation and Refunds Policy: You must cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancelling 3 to 59 days prior to arrival will result in a 15 percent surcharge on the total amount reserved. No refunds for cancelling within 48 hours of your arrival.
